We ship via USPS priority mail, UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air
SHIPPING and HANDLING fees:
$4.95 USPS Ground Shipping for orders less than 2 lbs. Our shipping cost is calculated automatically from UPS shipping table. In-stock orders usually ship within the
next business day. Shipping within the United States takes 4-7 business days
for delivery for in-stock items. If your item was not in stock, we will e-mail
you with an approximate time of shipping.
|Please Note! Your shipping address can not be an P.O.Box, APO, FPO, PR, VI, or GU. Also, your shipping address must be on file with your credit card company, or your order will be delayed. This is to protect you from credit card fraud. You can avoid a delay by calling your credit card company immediately after placing your order, and having them add the desired shipping address to your account.
We do not ship internationally. Domestic orders ONLY.
Refunds on sealed product only. Refunds within 30 days of purchase
date and should accompany original receipt. You must notify us through e-mail
requesting a refund and we will answer you back with a refund confirmaion.
All shipping charges on refunds will be your responsibility. For orders sent
to addresses in the United States, we will refund your order less 15% restocking
and handling fees. Original Shipping and Handling fees will not be refunded.
